Karucan Foundation implements holistic programs that enhance healthcare, alleviate poverty, and empower vulnerable populations, including refugees, women, and persons with disabilities. We support early childhood development, promote food security through sustainable agriculture, and ensure access to safe drinking water for healthier communities. Additionally, we advocate for human rights, good governance, and environmental conservation, fostering long-term, sustainable development across Uganda.

Diabates , Control , Care & Support

We started this program in 1999, our diabates program enhances community-based care by improving awareness, diagnosis, and management through a public-private health partnership, ensuring accessible and integrated support.

Maternal Health (PHC)

Our Maternal Health program provides essential prenatal and postnatal care, education, and support to ensure safe pregnancies, healthy mothers, and thriving babies in underserved communities in Uganda.

This program aims to implement a comprehensive strategy for the early detection and control of tuberculosis, leveraging innovative technologies, community engagement, and healthcare system strengthening.

HIV AIDS Mobile Testing

Our HIV/AIDS Mobile Testing Outreach brings free, confidential, and accessible HIV testing services directly to communities, ensuring early detection, awareness, and linkage to care and support for a healthier future.
